The range climbs by API grade: Xtreme 4T Plus is a mineral 20W-40 (API SJ); Intense 4T Plus (20W-40) and Boltron 4T Plus (10W-30) are premium API SL oils; Synth 4T Plus (20W-40), Syntron 4T Plus (10W-30) and the flagship fully synthetic Alpha 4T Plus (5W-30) are API SN. Every 4T grade is JASO MA2, the wet-clutch rating geared motorcycles need. Gearless scooters get Scootex 4T Plus, a 10W-30 with a friction modifier for better mileage. Royal Enfield and other big singles take Thunderstorm 4T, a 15W-50 (API SM), and Ultimate 2T (JASO FC) serves two-stroke engines.

Use the grade in your owner's manual. Most Indian commuter motorcycles specify 10W-30 or 20W-40, and some premium models specify 5W-30. For Royal Enfield and other big single-cylinder engines, a 15W-50 such as Unisol Thunderstorm 4T is the usual choice.
Yes. Synthetic oil resists heat breakdown better, which suits scooters whose small engines run hot in stop-start city traffic. Use a scooter oil such as Unisol Scootex 4T Plus 10W-30, or a synthetic 4T oil in the grade your manual specifies.
JASO MA2 is a Japanese standard confirming an oil works with a motorcycle's wet clutch, which runs in the same oil as the engine. It prevents the clutch slip that friction modifiers in car oils can cause. Every Unisol 4T motorcycle oil is JASO MA2 rated.
They are successive API performance levels, each newer one with tighter limits on deposits, oxidation and wear. Unisol's mineral range is API SJ, the premium range API SL and the synthetic range API SN.
It is not recommended. Many car oils contain friction modifiers that can make a motorcycle's wet clutch slip. Use a 4T motorcycle oil rated JASO MA or MA2.
